Okay, on my old starter I would turn key it would just click, got a new one had it tested before I installed it, still no click, found out I had a bad battery, got a new one still no click, everything electrical works perfectly fine. People are telling me a fusable link, or maybe my ignition switch, however I did not use the shim plates with new starter cause the old one didn't have any, but right now Im at the point where I don't want to put anymore energy towards a simple problem that should've ben resolved already any help is gratefully appreciated.

Check the grounds and the battery cable going to the starter. Did you check the original starter to make sure it was faulty before you replaced it? If everything electical works perfectly fine the car would start, here is a diagram to help you find what the problem is...

What diagram?

Yes, a meter or test light is imperative. Did you hook the 2 smaller red wires up on the battery stud at the starter? They feed the ignition switch and high speed blower relay.
