He might've used El Camino doors and glass which would enable him to angle the B-pillars. However, El Camino glass is angled at the A-pillar, so if he did in fact use this glass, he would've had to angle the A-pillars/windshield posts.
I do agree with you Mark, that he used the back doors as filler and moved the B-pillars rearward.
I always wanted to do this years back, but had trouble finding a good donor car at the time.
I do wonder what he used for 1/4 windows. Either had custom glass made, or he used Lexan.

You're right, I know El Camino door glass is frameless. I'm guessing he had to make his own B-pillar/ window frames.
