What do you guys think of a 20x8 setup on my regal, I also have 3" lowering springs in the rear which i plan on putting on soon and maybe some 2" in the front.. What other mods would I have to install to make this possible ?

As long as the wheels have the proper backspacing and not truck tires, then you should be fine.
