200 to a 700 stock shifter?

well I have the stock shifter in my Monte Carlo trying to figure out the transmission linkage. Will the 200 linkage work on the 700 anyone had success with it? I rigged it How I thought it should work but it doesn’t. Not sure on the bracket location.

Wish I could help. I’m in a similar situation doing the swap also just posted a thread asking for help also parts needed
