2000 GMC Sierra buckets in 85 El Camino

In my 85 EC I have the factory 60/40 seat but I would like buckets. I have access to a 2000 GMC Sierra with buckets. Will these fit the EC? Thanks.

I think they’ll sit you up too high. I have an 05 Sierra and would love to put the seats in my Malibu. The seat belt in the seat is much nicer than the ones in the Malibu

I bet you're right. I'll do some measuring and look at the seat structure closer to see if there is an opportunity to lose some height.
