Put a differential (to frame) brace together this weekend, helps to control wheel hop when launching the IRS. Normally these things retail for $200-400 depending upon the design. I basically hybridized the available options and am only out of pocket a few bucks in materials.

These nuts fit inside the sub-frame.

For such an expensive car you'd think they would include a magnetic drain plug? Just as well, I modified the factory one to do the job.

Seems a Mexican strongman installed the factory oil filter on this engine. I almost cried while fighting it. It was hit with every tool I had and every curse word I know.

Last mod this car should need (for a while) was deleting the clutch delay valve. It is basically a nanny for inexperienced manual transmission drivers. The screw was used to pull it out.

Diff brace is HUGE if you launch hard. Was night and day difference on my Hellcat. Wheel hop was horrendous prior to installing it. Just did some work on my Trackhawk and I’m now north of 800whp. BWoody is the only one who makes a diff brace for the TH. Will be ordering one very soon.

I dumped the clutch on this car once and was rewarded with the worst wheel hop I've ever experienced. And I had Turbo K-car - LOL.

I've heard of very few applications of these types of restrictors - Lexus being one. Never heard about the F-bodies having one. Interesting.

Yes 4th gen F Bodies had a restriction in the fitting in the hydraulic line. I guess so you couldn't perform fast shifts and break the transmission.
Popular 1/8" drill bit mod. Did it for my T56 in 3rd gen Camaro.

Ah yes, the drill mod! Totally forgot about that.

Just got back from a boot - yup, still fast. Cornering is really compromised in this configuration.

So the drivers turn signal has a HEMI overlay but the passenger side does not? What?!?!
