I'm wanting to put 22 irocs on my 1983 monte ss . I am lowered 3 inches all around with lowering springs and wanting to know if I will have any problems with rubbing or fitment. The rims and tires are of a gbody with 245/30/22 iroc rims.

Yep, you'll have problems. From my experience, a 2" drop will support the factory-ish tire height of 26-27".
The overall height dictates what you can get away with in STOCK form. The front inner fenderwells are your first indicator.

Height will be your biggest issue, but I'm leaving this one for someone with more experience.
