Joe, reading this guys 4 posts has realy made my head hurt...

You can say that again, I'm taking aspirins as we speak. I've never read so much misinformation in one post on all the forums I'm a member of or ever searched. That was scary. At first I thought he was just joking, especially the comments about the coolant flow through the bypass tube (which I've also seen on other makes) or the Olds being dropped from production early (I took that as him saying they removed the Olds engines from F / TA production), and a temp gauge not starting until 220-degs (I've never seen that), but quickly realized he wasn't. Again, scary.

Thanks Joe (and the rest of you) for all the corrections. I did chuckle when you made the disproving comment about 200-deg coolant "scorching" the aluminum tray

Just part of the ongoing battle against "truth decay".
