This question is pertaining to a stock non-performance 1993 Chevy TBI engine.
There were apparently 2-3 different injectors offered in these vehicles. Caprices, Roadmasters, pickups, etc. had one style injector. 9C1 Caprices had a "flow-matched" (?) set of higher flowing injectors. And, apparently, TBI 454 injectors can be used if the 350 in question has been modified.
My question is, would the higher flowing 9C1 injectors be ok in a stock, pedestrian and unmodified TBI 350 without doing anything besides just bolting them in? 9C1 Caprices had slightly different exhaust (larger y-pipe and catalytic converter), as well as possibly an L98 cam (haven't confirmed that).
