Oh Ty I had no idea I'm going by what I was told. Maybe I made a mistake. He said it was a 350 bored 40 over but I also thought he mentioned a stroker in his original ad. What is the difference between the two?SBC? 355 is not a stroker just an overbore
If it is a small block Chevy 355 would be a .030 overbore and at .040 it would be a 357Oh Ty I had no idea I'm going by what I was told. Maybe I made a mistake. He said it was a 350 bored 40 over but I also thought he mentioned a stroker in his original ad. What is the difference between the two?
Ty I reread the post it said nothing about stroker lol Yes it was originally a 350. Need to change a lot of posts now I added stroker to everything I did.If it is a small block Chevy 355 would be a .030 overbore and at .040 it would be a 357
A stroker engine uses a crankshaft with a longer stroke to add cubic inches, a typical SBC stroker engine would be a 383.
Good question He said it was bored 40 over but he also said it's a 355 ?? Today I'm trying to reach out to him and he's kinda blowing me off now . Bought it yesterday and was real nice Said he got it as a partial trade and didn't know all the specs but would help me with any questions. I guess I screwed up. Although it runs and sounds really good Just don't know much about it.As far as the original question goes, I'm sure it's been done. What engine does it happen to have currently?
I'll take the winner for pinks with my granny crew cab!Wanna run it? I got a 4 door v6.
