I’m working on 3d printing the plastic screw cover clips for the wing of a wagon.
The problem is I only have one, and the one I have is broken. It is missing a piece that was attached by a cross shape. I circled it in the photos.

If anyone has one of these clips laying around it would be awesome if they could snap a picture of it for me. I may ask you for a size measurement if you happen to have some calipers.
Also here’s some pictures of my current concept. Still need to improve on the snap-in clip a little, add the cross thing obviously, bevel and smooth edges, and then test printing techniques and plastics for durability. Then maybe I’ll get some out too sell!

That's awesome! Think you could get a measurement of how tall the cross piece is for me. Within a tenth of an inch would be good
I'll grab a new battery for my caliper tomorrow and send it to you. Hook me up on a pair of fresh ones. ;) Let me know if you need any other measurements.

measurement of how tall the cross piece is
length of the peg is roughly 7-8 mm. it doesn't have to be exact, it is a locating peg that mates with a through hole in the spoiler to keep the cover from rotating once it is snapped into place.

excellent work by the way. i may be interested in a pair.

In the past, several different guys sounded like they were committed to reproduce them via 3D printing. Nothing ever materialized.

Ill keep posting some updates here. I keep changing around the clip some big changes and some tiny changes. Trying to get these close to perfect before I think about shipping some out. Currently using PLA+ but may buy a roll of PETG filament to experiment with due to higher heat resistance.
Here's a picture of just a couple of the test prints so far.

I dislike the wings, but glad somebody stepped up and is making it happen for the people that like them.:)
