I have a 1987 MC LS with the 4.3 TBI. It will hesitate when giving it some gas first thing in the morning. It does not do this any other time of the day once it has warmed up. I know I have a old battery that is taking a bit longer than normal to start but I would not think that would cause the hesitation, could it? All filters have been recently replaced.
