Hello everyone! I just purchased a Super T10 26 spline 3 groove trans for my 83 Monre Carlo. I know fitting full length headers with a mechanical setup is a PITA so has anyone used a hydraulic setup that is home built instead of purchasing the expensive kits that are available? I was looking at possibly using a camaro clutch master and a ram clutches hydraulic throw out bearing and slave. Any info and pics helps. I'll reply when I can. Thanks!

I run long tube Hedman headers with my factory mechanical linkage with no clearance issues and it was NOT a PITA with a correct set of headers. It seems guys with the hydraulic clutch set ups have more problems.

me too, I'm using a McLeod throw out bearing. Make sure you put a doubler on the fire wall cause it will crack without one.
I'm using the same setup as you using Camaro slave, ram throw out bearing super T10 , couldn't be happier ,my clutch is a twin disc McLeod ,stock bell housing
I don't have the part number but it's from a 1990 ,make sure you get the metal one cause they come made of plastic too , I got it from O'Reilly
