442 exhaust system parts question

Eric,

I took a look at rockauto.com and the entire system from crossover on back, including cat and hangers, came to about $511 shipped. The cat back system was about $311 shipped.

I don't know what stores are in the area that you live, but Advance Auto will price match. I priced out the Walker parts I needed for my 1962 Olds (adapting Camaro pipes and muffler) at RockAuto, printed the shopping cart, and took it to my local Advance. It sometimes takes some arguing with the less experienced counter guys (and girls) but eventually a manager will admit that they do price match. I got everything for the (substantially lower) RockAuto prices and avoided paying shipping. I did need to pay sales tax, but I still saved about $60 in shipping PLUS the lower prices on the items.

rockauto is pretty sweet haha i forgot about that, thats much much cheaper. well that brings my hopes back up, I have a true dual set up from the guy before me who had it, it has dual cats and its all stainless with glass packs, you probably think im odd but i want to go to all original with the exhaust, the plan of the car is to keep it bone stock. (which it isnt very far from) i will sell the old full exhaust system thats on there now if anyone wants it, i fixed it so it doesnt thump the floor boards tonight haha.
