I had an 84 cutlass with 461 in it with ceramic coated headers that fit within the frame. I got the car with the headers so I am sorry I don't know what headers they were. I have seen on some of the Old's forums talk of headers for different model cars that will work with minimal massaging of the firewall or a couple dings in a tube. You might want to do a search on oldpower or real oldspower and see what you can find. Good luck.

I have the Headers from Dick Miller on my Olds 455 and they fit inside the frame. I am not sure of other options unless you custom fab your own...
