How in the world could somebody waste such a nice car. Gotta wonder how all the rubber and synthetic parts have held up.

It needs a headliner if it hasn't already been replaced.

Gas tank will need emptying or something. No way that thing could hold the 2nd tank of gas for 30 years.

I'm guessing it hasn't had much maintenance done on it in those 30 years. I do see what appears to be Rusty Jones plugs in the sheetmetal though, so there may be some good rustproofing.

True, you don't see cars like this very often, and it's nice, but unless it was an 87 442 or something, it ain't 18.5K nice. JMO Probably the buyer will put a 24K price tag on it and there's some silly person that will pay it. But that's life...

Sure is purdy though.

i fail to understand your logic.

how is this car's value diminished because it's not a 442?
by 1987,a 442 was nothing but a supreme with 442 stickers and a different rear end.

the car was maintained over the years by the owner.
it didn't just sit un-attended.
it actually was driven every now and then, and always garaged.
the car is going to a museum in Pa.high bidder was an old friend of the deceased.
