Well I’m getting closer to putting the engine in. I have already finished the rear end and trans. Still a long way to go till complete but it is closer than it has been.

Give us some build details?

What's the application?4
What trans and rear?
What engine management?
What turbos and fuel system?

Looks great so far. I think you'll need either another hood or a hole in the current one (maybe I'm wrong

With all that power, I bet 3.73 is overkill on the rear gear. I’m guessing 3.23 would be a sweet spot. Heck, even a 3.08

If he's running a 28-30" tire, then the 3.73 is ideal. With a 26" it will be turning 2800 70mph with the converter locked.

Very jelly, nice looking setup. Wish those forward facing headers worked well in my blazer as they were, having to hack them up to get clearance for my twins

I hoping that once we sit the motor in there is enough room to turn the headers down into the car.

Nothing a little cutting and welding can’t resolve. Another choice (mine) is flipped truck manifolds with v-bands welded on. With a new set of heat shields they are not an ugly duckling in the engine bay. They also make for extremely easy plug and wire access.
