The 067 cam looks pretty tame but should have really good manners in a 455. I know HPP only gained a bit of power in a 76 455 with bolt ons till they swapped that cam.

Sorry I can't read, yeah the 068 cam is quite a bit of cam for a 8 to 1 motor. The 067 only has 3 to 4 degrees narrower LSA but 12 and 13 degrees less duration. I like the generic 204/214 114 LSA cam towing in my 8 to 1 403, towed Ok even with 2.56 gears.The 068 was the Ram Air II / HO cam. My buddy used one in his 1968 Firebird 400 and it was a very strong performer. The idle was very lumpy but the power brakes still worked. We added a vacuum reservoir just to be safe and it helped a lot.
