I know for Olds a 70's Cutlass or Delta 88 with the heavy duty cooling and heavy duty clutch if available.

Man, just go to the junkyard, get a dual electric fan setup, a thermostatic switch, a couple relays, and send it. Yes, it sounds complicated, but it's really not.
You really shouldn't need more blades, just a properly functioning fan clutch. If it's all factory, replace the fan clutch first.

I replace the fan clutch already one of the fans blade are bent .

On a stock engine it is hard to beat a quality thermostatic fan clutch and an OEM blade
