Just found these online, not sure of backspacing/offset, but does anyone know for sure if these are a direct fit for my 85 olds cutlass? Id love to replace my rallys with these. Thanks.

They are Camaro Berlinetta wheels, and they should be a direct fit...same 5 x 4.75 bolt pattern.
However, I'm not entirely sure about the backspacing.

Factory 2nd gen wheels generally have 1/2" - 3/4" more positive offset than G-body wheels, probably because their brakes offset the tires out 3/8" in front vs. G-body brakes. This puts wider tires closer to the frame in back and close to the upper arms/tie rods in front if running 8" wide F-body wheels with G-body brakes.
