'79 GP 10bolt 7.5 - Posi?

What posi would have come stock in a 1979 Grand Prix with the 7.5 (2.41 ratio)?
Been out of the car for years, but stored inside. Auburn maybe?
Trying to get pics, but what's the common opinion?

I would be an Auburn 2 series if it is a 2.41

Anything is possible. Did you try cleaning off the axle housing and looking for the code? It would be on the passenger side, facing forward, and the code would tell you what ratio as well as if it is a posi.

Most of the factory 7.5" 26 spline posi are the wonderful Gov Bomb. They actually work work very well till they explode, which is quite often.
