I'm looking for one for my 80 as well. I don't like the vertical one on the car now.

Yeah, I always preferred the lay down emblem compared to the upright one. But again, my preference was to fill the hole.
It is difficult, almost impossible to find NOS emblems, or just used ones in presentable condition.

I agree, it might be in his interest to produce a bunch.

I found an NOS one on ebay last year. The guy knew what he had and I paid dearly for it! I also found real NOS headlight bezels and grille.
Worth every penny to me!
