81 monte carlo window motor problems. need help

my monte carlo window stopped going up not that long ago. i went to the part store got a new motor. when i came home to take my door panel off it looked a little more difficult the i had thought. i read the instructions and it said with a picture diagram drill a hole to get to a bolt. the only problem with that is i never got the diagram.

please help i have no idea at all how to get the motor out and its really cold driving with the window down all the time.

I looked in my GM shop manual and it's really wierd i did not find anything. sorry man maybe try getting a chilton manual and going that route
