MONTE CARLO 82 MC rear shock top bolts

Does anyone have an idea how to remove the rear shock nuts from g body ? They are spinning with the bolt and I can’t get to the top of the bolts. Geeez

I usually just cut off the old hardware and replace it when I put on the new shocks

Looks to me like a nut and bolt holding them in. Did you reach up and make sure that you don't need to slow your roll with a wrench on the bolt head?

13mm wrench on top. 13mm socket on bottom.

Yeah ima try again cause that is a tight fit up there. I am gonna have to maybe get a curved flex head wrench 🔧 to get up in there
