We all know that an 83/84 Hurst front three piece spoiler are hard to come by in good used condition or NOS in a GM box. If you do find them for sale they want an arm, leg and your left eye ball for them.

A friend of mine has been restoring his wife's 82 Cutlass that she purchased new and he added the rear spoiler, hood scoop and fabricated the front three piece spoiler since there hard to come by. He sent me pictures today of the spoiler on and off the car and I wanted to share them. There made out of 18 gauge steel and he did a great job.

It does look good, need to look at it in person.

It took him a total of 60 to 80 hours to complete them.
Thanks for the complements guys. It took a couple tries to get the fender pieces to look similar to the original and setting up the mounting brackets was definitely trial and error. My goal overall was to produce a refined version of the original set up but clean up the lines a bit.

Hello everyone. Well, I decided it was time to start thinning the fleet a little and I have decided to sell my 1984 Hurst Olds. It is heading to Bring a Trailer soon, but I also have accumulated a lot of parts over the years. I have two spare front 3 piece chin spoilers that are for the 1983 and 1984. They are unboxed, but in good shape. These bring a lot of money now and I get that. My question is, what are they truly worth. I would much rather these go to an Oldsmobile fan as to a parts hoarder/reseller. Before I place the ads, I was hoping for a little guidance. I want to be fair to all parties involved and I am not looking to break the bank.

It is funny how much stuff you can accumulate over the years and months. My first love is my 1987 442 and it hardly gets the attention it deserves. I also have a lot of other items, that I would also appreciate your thoughts on:

1 Set of 4 hurst wheels. Above average condition.
2 Sets of 4 442 wheels. Average condition.
3. Set of rebuilt lightning shifters.
4. OEM refurbushed amber readout radio. This has been rebuilt. Only item that does not work is reverse because could not find or make a belt.
5. OEM NOS in box driver and passenger door skins.
6. OEM deck lid for a 1984-87 Oldsmobile, in good shape. Needs some TLC.
7. OEM drivers door. No rust just needs refinished.
8. OEM NOS 84-87 rear painted bumper.
9 Refinished front bucket and rear seats with proper OEM fabric.

That's all I can think of at the moment but I am sure that there is more. Thank you!
