Needing 83 Cutlass securing rods that run from the fenders to the main front support. The left one goes directly over the coolant overflow bottle. Can anyone assist me with what these are called and where to find a pair?🤔

Fender support braces as Fleming442 stated. You can make em if not found in a junkyard. I made some from aluminum tubing, wrapped in carbon fiber and heim joints for ends. Obviously overkill, but cool looking....

Thanks guys...will look into locating some or possibly making.
Even though mine were originally from a Pontiac LeMans, you can use your chintzy wire type fender braces for the basic measurement and cut a few pieces of electrical conduit, crimp the ends accordingly, paint, and you're done. Easy peasy as they say.

I have a pair from an 84 Cutlass if you want original. I'm in Ontario Canada and could find out shipping cost if interested. Just need your zip code.

I got a set off of a Pontiac GP years ago that are beefier than the dinky ones on the Cutlass. I got the triangulated bars on the front of the frame too. It's funny how some brands got different bracing than others. The GP I got the bracing off of was a V6 pillow seated granny mobile, but it had better bracing than my 442??

GM is funny like that sometimes.
