New here,
About to wrap up my first ls swap and am currently looking for info on what 4l80 dipstick everyone has used without issues.


My build:
L59 bored to a 5.7
Flat top pistons
Truck norris cam
Upgraded rockers and lifters
Stock crank and rods with all new bearings
Tbss intake
Fitech 92mm throttle body
4l80e with hd2 kit
Holley term x max

I’m about to start the same on my 83. Just got a 6.0 for now, trynna decide what trans I wanna pair it with

I used this... screwed it into the air box on the passenger side (you have blank-off plate). I imagine this fits 4L80 too; if not, there is one that fits no doubt. When I bought it the cost was $80.

Mine were some cheap adapters with Moroso solid mounts. I would suggest the Metaltek mounts if you are doing more custom things than what the PnP Holley kits provide.
