84 mointe rear bumper cover removal

I want to remove it from my non ss car and put a perfect replacement one I have from another car on.i see the push in clips on the bottom but what else needs to be removed to get it off?

At the bottom of the quarter panels there are three nuts/studs, then there are three nuts/studs on each side of the tail panel (under car access), last is the two nuts/studs on the plate pocket (see them with the plate down.)
