Here is my latest find amongst the vast Arizona desert. 1985 442. It is about 95% complete but more of a project than i need right now. But for $500 i had to drag it home. It'll sit for a while until I decide what to do with it.

Interesting that someone put Poncho power in it. Does it still have the correct trans and rear in it? If it does those two alone are worth almost 3 times what you paid for the entire car.

That’s rough but yea, $500 for a 442 let alone mostly complete and if an original AZ car and rust free, a no brainer. Good score.

No original engine go for atleast 400 ci with the proper brand block. Save the Pontiac stuff as someone here will be able to use them.

Keep the Pontiac in it, people will be confused as hell when you open the hood.

Have you checked the code on the front of the block yet to see what that mystery Pontiac mill is ?

I have not checked any codes. I just got it home. It has all 4 15 inch chrome wheels and center caps. The body is rust free with the exception of the surface rust on the hood. The body is super straight. I have too many projects at the moment. This one will sit while i figure out what to do with it.
