I remember a while back something was said about this kit being made by Revell...??????

Saw the prototypes back in March, very detailed and look amazing.
January 2016 is the unofficial release of the '83 H/O, then the '85 FE3X to follow and 442's will be last.
We are pressing for an '83/'84 combo kit.

I'm new to this thread, but I would think Revell/Monogram has a lot of the tooling in their older Grand National kit. A friend of mine has just made a resin kit of the 73-77 Pontiac Grand Am/Can Ams and is working on a 79 GA for me.

Doesn't work that way with molded parts... nothing carry's over from a GN.
New tools have to be made, just look at the part schematic from Revell.
