87 442 headers

It's my understanding that the Hedman hedders 58070 are the only headers that will be a direct fit with no banging on the pipes. Am i correct in this assumption? If not what would fit. Thx. Oh talking about stock 307 setup

Not sure thought they only fit the older like maybe 85 & older non tiny valve swirl port heads. The choked 87 heads make any serious performance improvements for that engine seriously cost / work prohibitive when compared to buying & putting the same money in an externally identical Olds 350/403. I put my vin 9 up to keep my 87 442s value for if someone wanted to do a concors type restoration someday which allowed me to put in a better motor to take advantage of a great car/platform.
