The best way I know how Jared, aerosols. My paint supply place has the capability of custom mixing my color into an aerosol with a big enough tip to spray metallics.
They also have a 2k aerosol clear that has to be activated. Once activated, the high solids clear acts the same as a conventional setup.

After all the prep work, re skimming, sanding and priming the spoiler was ready to paint. I looked at the weather, not a storm around. Of all the damn days, I get one coat of color on and a popup shower with wind rears it's ugly azz face! Dang wind blew dust into it, but I was committed so I had to trudge on.
I got 4 coats of color and 5 coats of clear on it, and the spike in humidity caused orange peel like a MF'er!!!!!! Wouldn't ya know it, I got done spraying and the rain/wind stopped. Twas like somebody was playing games with me. Overall it looks ok, the repair worked out alright, fiberglass sucks to work with!!! Once cured I'll wet sand and try to polish it, then send it!

still progress is progress!!
i don't know if the film build with that type of clear is going to be enough to polish out how you'd like.even with the 5 coats.just hear me out,a part that small i'd scuff it and clear it again.between the amount of clear build and it's such a small part to buff I'd re clear it in favor of taking a chance of cutting an edge.
