Nice!!! What brand rotors are those? I'm most likely gonna get a powerstop kit since i have them on my cutlass now....brand new front brakes but need to upgrade for the bigger calipers and not having to worry about packing bearings again!

I don't know off the top of my head, got them from Rock Auto.

Gotcha....funny you said that. Im building a list on there for the rest of my brake stuff. I try to buy local, but hard to beat their prices! Heck....oreilly, autosuck, etc wanted like $80/hub, as you know the detroit axle hubs cost like $70/pair.

This is the kit i will most likely go with. Made for trucks that haul....should help for doing the occasional brake torque burnout lol!

I'll probably go drilled and slotted when I need rotors again or just want to upgrade. Oh what is the paint code you used?

Had another abnormally warm weekend here in KY so i had to take advantage and get my blazer spindles and backing plates painted! It took 3 rounds of degreasing to clean them all the way geez!

Few coats of self etching primer, then 3 coats of good gloss black rattle can. Pretty happy with the results.

Next i gotta clean up the calipers, paint the hubs, then bolt em together.

Looking good Scott!

I'd gladly trade you your unseasonably warm weather for ours...

After tucking away the astro shaft, i finally made time to get it cleaned up and painted today. Goofy warm KY weather again this weekend...couldn't pass it up again.

I made me a "redneck parts holder" out of pvc, worked like a charm lol! The usual tedious paint prep ensued, then some primer, and gloss black.

Ugh, as i look at my arms i see the wind had it's way with the paint...time to get out the alcohol to shower with geez!

Meh, the joy of not having a garage! A little friggin bug decided to stick itself to the lower part of the shaft while the paint was drying! :blam:

Once it cures, gonna have to scuff it, and respray yay!
