87 salon questions..help

[85Supreme]

i have a few questions about 87 salons

did they come with posi rears, and are the body styles exactly the same as a 85 cutlass other than the front clip?

any help is appreciated.

posi was an option,the rpo code for a posi is G80.

All cutlasses from 1981-1988 are the same bodies. Rumor that the frames were lightened up after 1984.

All salons, as far as I know, and 442 cars are the same except for the drivetrains. Most salons had the 3.8 buick or the 307sbo engines and 200m trans or 200r4 and most of the salons had the beefier suspensions and bucket seats with gauge clusters.
