I would seriously consider the new Mahle 10cc forged pistons Cutlassefi (Mark Remmel) brought to the market. I can give you his email. They are lighter than all the other available pistons with super modern 1mm ring pack. They will give low 9 to 1 compression ratio, about perfect, way better than the factory 8 to 1. Also I believe they are available in a 4.065", shop just hones the block to size instead of boring, save some machining cost. The Performer cam would work OK as long as it stays below 9.5 to 1, non ethanol premium would stretch that number, 93 especially. Good luck.
