Can a temperature control be rebuilt? or....where can I get a replacement that I know works? The A/C doesn't always blow cold even though brand new compressor and fully charged. I'm thinking the problem is in the temperature control in the dash. Anybody have experience with GBody A/C?

Is your heater control valve functioning? It shuts flow to the heater core off during AC operation (possibly MAX only?). Also, drop the glovebox and verify that the blend door is shutting all the way.

When you recharged it did you evacuate the system first?

I have a question

When I put the heat on I get heat

When I put the AC on I get the AC

My issue is Heat comes out of the bottom, yep no problem

Defrost comes out of the top, yep no problem

But my AC comes out of the bottom and the forward facing vents

What would cause that?

Is it coming out strong or very light? The lower door doesn't seal 100%. I can't recall if there's a hole in that flapper or not. I am assuming the 9 port valve is operating properly without any leaks, etc?

It is coming out strong from both.

If the bottom flapper is not closing completely which vacuum ball thing is it?

I would guess the one behindish the radio?
