When I first got my Ford truck the cab corners and front cab mounts were made almost entirely of Great Stuff expanding foam. When I took the truck back to show it to the previous owner after I did all the work to it, he said "You probably had a few choice words for me when you found all that spray foam, huh?"
That is so cool. Only thing I ever did with the foam is fill the gap around my dryer vent! lol
Cars are only our canvas, the imagination decides what they become.
Not my tastes but interesting for a prototype car. I kinda prefer sheet metal or fiberglass.
