Congratulations. I don't recognize it. What does it belong on? One of my favorite things is to find a NOS part I need. Nothing is quite like the real McCoy.

It's an original hubcap that would appear on a 1983 or 1984 regal base wheel package where no dealer value packages were specd.

Many of the cars, even non limited trim levels, were ordered with a value package that swapped these out for wire spoke hub caps. Obviously no limited got them either. Add to that the various chrome and aluminum wheels, you didn't see these often in the day let alone almost 40 years later.
