ac door for floor vents

What would cause the door to stay open on Max a/c on these cars? Another question what psi is your compressor running at? My car doesn't get ice cold

Probably a bad/leaky 9 port switch on the HVAC head. If not that, one (or more) of your actuator flapper diaphragms went bad. The lower one perhaps.

I see vacuum checks in your future.

start with the easy checks first,make sure the engine's providing vac to it's Reservoir that provides the source to operate those controls. Without that there is no supply.

I have cleaned the 9port switch and it had fixed the air being in default mode

Actually the actuator is moving but the door isnt
