if you have a factory computer controlled distributor then your engine would already have a knock sensor. If you don't have a computer controlled ignition system then a knock sensor has no place to send it's info.
Like I said a knock sensor involves the computer and timing, it has nothing to do with the fuel injection system so that is why the systems you are looking at don't have any information about a knock sensor. The other thing is if you do not have any knock sensors installed in the block now how are you going to install them?
The Holley system hooks into a knock sensor but you don’t have to have it do much in your tune. A general consensus is that you stop making power gains before knock happens. If you add timing and you don’t see a difference then you are getting close to the edge so drop a degree or two.
