Hey guys, got another question on the springs on my 78 monte carlo. With the rear springs, which end is the top? The end with the more tightly compressed springs on the less looking compressed springs? I didn't pay attention when I pulled them out and now I cant remember. On the front springs, there is one end with a round end and on the other side it ends with a flat surface, which is the top and bottom on this end? Anyone with some input would be greatly appreciated. This is my first gbody build and still need some guidance on some things. Thanks

flat to the top. There is a bit of a groove in the lower control arm for the last loose coil of the spring to sit in when you put them in.

Do you happen to know about the front springs? theres an end with a flat side and theres an end that's round. Cant remember on those either.

Flat side on the top, the lower control arms has a channel that the spring sits in and the end of the spring's position on the lower control arm in in between the two holes

Thank you guys for letting me know. I probably will have a thousand more questions during this build so I really appreciate the help.
