Wellston, OK
I always wonder, did the original owner love it so much they wanted to "save" it, or did they hate it so much they couldn't stand to/wouldn't drive it?

Every time I see one of these high dollar, low mile, cars with an undercoating jib like that there's red flags all over.

It "looks" like much of the undercoating was "refreshed" if not added entirely. 40+ years later that coating wouldn't look like that, not to mention how/where its applied... and more importantly where it isnt. When those spray jobs were done new you wouldn't see them spray the cast iron of the axle for example. So that bumpiness on there and the differential cover is either painted over pitting, or, after applied undercoating they added recently to cover much (not all) of the brown oxidization. I can see spots closer to the rockers on the undercarriage that are brown/unsprayed, wouldn't make sense UNLESS it was an ager the fact appearance only job to hide things.

There's been a lot of reconditioning done there I think, devil is in the details.

Still a nice car, but closer to 12k nice, not 30k nice.

You gotta start somewhere when building a pimpmobile. Looks like a solid starting point. Bling it out and roll
