Yeah, it's a weird one. Looks like 1/2 of the manual pedal setup. I was under the impression with auto transmission that power brakes were standard on 79 Cutlass. The only manual brakes were on the manual transmission cars. Which used that skinny pedal. I'd like to see the window sticker for that thing.
