Anybody ever had occasion to use ServPro?

Insurer has them as their preferred provider.Did a great job on the mitigation side....after that, not so great. Wonder if this is their MO, or we're just "lucky"

Brother in law worked for them, and, at least where he was based I wouldn't go out of my way to have them touch anything of mine.

I have worked with them a lot. They are independently owned and operated. Crap shoot. Some are good and some are horrible
