Looks like a proportioning valve on the left. Not sure on the other one. Under hood light?

Where is the brake purporting valve? Don't see anything like that near master cylinder or brake booster

Check the frame, driver side, just under the pedals area.

yeah, you can probably see it from above depending on what's going on in the engine compartment. brass/cast iron(?) rectangle thing with a few lines going in it. if your brake light is on, that is why. it's not plugged in. it comes on when there's a break in the circuit (i think), or when one of the lines on the front or rear burst (or a wheel cylinder), and the internal piston moves to one side and it trips the light.

you have it backwards, when connected to the valve, in normal mode, it is an open circuit. when there is an imbalance (leak) in the hydraulic system, a shuttle valve type system moves, which causes two things to happen, the valve moves and ground the switch causing the dash brake light to turn on, it also blocks brake fluid from draining the master cylinder.

The one on the left snaps on the white piece on the top of the valve. Make sure the post fits into the hole when you put it back on. 71u67Nj6aDL._SL1500_.jpg
