Are 1986 Pontiac GP and 1986 Monte Carlo SS hoods the same?

Thanks is advance for any answers. The lines look the same and I was hoping some G-body guys might know if they are the same. I am look for a steel two to three inch cowl hood for my 1986 GP Aerocoupe. Thanks.

No, not the same, you might have to go with a fiberglass hood or a weld on cowl scoop.
