At that price it'd only be worthwhile if you already had the rear

The square B-bodies seem to have the same axle width as the 73-77 A-body cars. The rough axle flange to axle flange width is 61.5" to 61.78" depending on the aftermarket axle lengths.

G-bodies show and axle flange to axle flange of 57.875" to 58" in width.

The square B-body/ 73-77 A-body rear is roughly 1.5" wider than a G-body.

I am not sure if the lower and upper arm pick up points are the same between the A-body and B-body rear.

Looks like a stock lower control arm would work if you did not want to upgrade to tubular and polyurethane. It's using stock style lower control arms stock G-Body sway bar would be used. 8 inch wheel with 5.5 backspace would be perfect.
