I know i need to run the starter wire and alt wire ( which i mounted a distrubution block on the fire wall then i only have one wire to the trunk) but the ground on the inner fender and alt bracket, when i put the battery in the trunk do i just run a ground to the frame and thats it or do i need one from the block to the frame also. And whats the purpose of the ground on the fender? And yes i have an inline fuse.

you need the engine to frame ground, i would keep the body to frame ground too. grounds are very important to the electrical system, the more the better.

Yes, yes, yes! More grounds are better!

I usually use cylinder heads at the back where they have two or three threaded bolt holes. I put a big flat braided strap from the head to the firewall, and then a battery cable with two bolt on lug ends on it from the head to the frame. You have no idea how many electrical problems this can help solve. Dash lights (and head lights) seem brighter and the car starts easier.

When I mount batteries in the trunk, it depends on what car I'm doing that to. In our G-bodies, you can use a battery cable bolted solidly to the frame (after you've cleaned the frame down to clean bare metal) and then use the battery cable in the front between the frame and engine block or head.
