Bell housing has a slight hole in it now

Here's the aftermath of my first time at the drag strip with my regal little warning to manual equipped cars .Car specs are 427 BBC m21 trans . I had a stock 69 Chevelle bell housing stock Corvette flywheel clutch pressure plate setup all running through stock 242 7.5 ,first run did a 1/4 mile burn out ,second run this happened on the line, my pressure plate blew apart thankfully only put a chip in the bell housing cracked the flywheel ,l broke my distributor cap also ,I have a blowproof bell going on now didn't realize I was make enough power to do this

I've seen a Luc take quite a bit of punishment. were all the bolts on the pressure plate. flywheel, bellhousing and transmission tight?

Yea everything was tight the pressure plate was used in my stock car for a season then in my truck for afew months so I might have been dropped or something along the line definitely NOT the brands fault just wanted to show a little example that all

BB torque+tall gears= a ton of heat. Been there, done that. Luk-ily, I just laid waste to a Centerforce disc in spectacular fashion; it looked like a bird's nest in there! Get yourself a Quicktime or Lakewood before you lose a foot!

Yea I got a Lakewood I'm putting in now along with 430 gears will help a ton too
