best way to clean engine block?

i'm getting ready to send my 403 block out to get cryoed and needing to clean up my block fast... whats the quickest way to clean it to get it ready for the deep freeze?

I find that engine degreaser in a spray can works really good in combo with a pressure washer.

Wow, never heard of getting engine parts cryo'd before. Sounds like it would be well worth it, especially on a cam.

But what does it cost?
